This committee monitors and examines the trends and developments that impact the legal profession’s future. In particular, it examines the challenges to the European legal profession as a result of globalisation, technological change and the rise of the unregulated legal services sector. It also promotes legal innovation and supports technological developments of the legal profession in accordance with its rules of professional conduct and core values.
