The Insurance Committee seeks to develop guidelines and recommendations which help to facilitate the free movement of lawyers within the EU pursuant to the objectives of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and of the Directives applicable to lawyers as regards professional indemnity insurance. Monitors and responds to developments concerning legal expenses insurance.
