Highlights of the last CCBE Standing Committee on March 2026

On 27 March 2026, the CCBE held its Standing Committee meeting online, bringing together member delegations and Bar Leaders to discuss key issues affecting lawyers across Europe, and the CCBE priorities for 2026.

The CCBE was pleased to welcome Dr. Nicholas A. Ioannides, Deputy Minister for Migration and International Protection of the Republic of Cyprus, who shared insightful opening remarks.
