Roman Završek
Roman Završek, founder and managing partner at the law firm Završek & Šnajder L.L.C. is also the founder of the Association Adria Legal Group. He graduated in 1997 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana and specialised in civil and commercial law as well as human rights law. He has performed numerous activities at the Slovenian Bar Association before becoming its President from 2012 until 2021. He has been actively involved in the CCBE work since many years when he became Head and member of the Slovenian delegation to the CCBE in 2012. He has also been chairing the CCBE PECO Committee since June 2020.

Alex Tallon
Alex Tallon has been a distinguished member of the Brussels Bar since 1981, and is a founding partner at law firms Praetica and Miles Legal. His practice focuses primarily on commercial law, particularly in regard to the protection of intellectual property rights and market practices, to which he has contributed significantly through a series of publications.
Moreover to his commitment to ethical business practices, Alex Tallon has had a pioneering role in civil and commercial mediation, having been among the first lawyers in Belgium to undergo the training in 1998. His dedication to improving the standards of the legal profession is further showcased by his three-year directorship in charge of deontology at OVB (Association of the Dutch-speaking Belgian Bars), during which he strived to adapt the regulations in order to bring the legal profession in line with the needs of modern society and the possibilities offered by new technologies.
Moreover, Alex Tallon has assumed several key leadership roles, serving as the President of the Brussels Bar (NOAB) and subsequently as the Head of the Belgian delegation to the CCBE for two years. Within the CCBE, he has also previously been an invaluable active member for six years, especially in the Future Committee and in various additional CCBE working groups.

Imbi Jürgen
Imbi Jürgen graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu in 1996 and has been a practising lawyer since. She is a member of the Estonian Bar Association from 1997 and throughout her career, she has worked at several highly esteemed commercial law firms, specialising in areas such as energy, environmental, and contract law.
She has also held multiple leadership positions within the Estonian Bar Association, serving as a member of the Board from 2016 to 2019, Vice-President from 2019 to 2022, and as President since then. Additionally, she has represented the Bar in various professional and international organisations.
As a member of the Estonian delegation to the CCBE since 2022, she provided her valuable expertise in numerous CCBE activities, including the Future of the Legal Profession Committee, the drafting group on generative AI, and the CCBE Future Strategy Working Group.

Noemí Alarcón Velasco
Noemí Alarcón Velasco has been practising as a lawyer since 2001, specialising in EU and international law and the protection of fundamental rights. Her career combines national legal practice with sustained engagement at European and international levels.
She is the Director of NAV Consultores and has long combined legal practice with international advisory work as a consultant for various international organisations. She is actively involved in the Málaga Bar Association and is a member of the Spanish Council of the Legal Profession, contributing to the representation of the legal profession and to national policy discussions. In recognition of her professional commitment, she has been awarded the Medal of Honour of the Málaga Bar Association.
She has co-led research and projects on legal aid services and access to justice, supporting the development of effective legal assistance models. For almost 15 years, she has been actively involved in a wide range of judicial training and capacity-building programmes for both lawyers and members of the judiciary, notably through sustained participation in European and international training frameworks on asylum, migration and human rights. She has also co-authored practical guides for lawyers on asylum and migration procedures.
Within the CCBE, she has represented the European legal profession in EU and international forums, serving as Chair of the CCBE Migration Committee from 2021 to 2025, prior to her election as Vice-President of the CCBE.
